In the Philippines, the University of the Philippines is one of the most highly esteemed schools. It is actually considered as the best among the best schools in the country by many. It is a government school with very high standards of education and also having the best professors in the country. And these days students from provinces who do not have a University of the Philippines branch are very happy, since the school already started their open university.
And nowadays other prestigious universities in the Philippines also started their open university for other students in other cities to benefit from.
